These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and member features.
By visiting or using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Purpose of the Website

This website showcases and sells original artworks, fine art prints, sculptures, and subscriptions to the “Print Club.”
It also allows registered members to manage their purchases, subscriptions, and account preferences.

All transactions are governed by French consumer law (droit de la consommation français), as applicable to sales made by an individual artist (artiste-auteur).

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

Attempt to interfere with or damage the website’s security or functionality;
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without prior authorization;
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data or content;
Misuse the contact forms or send unsolicited messages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Member Accounts

Certain areas of the website may require account registration (Espace Membres).
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or delete any account that is inactive, misused, or contains false information.

All artworks, photographs, text, designs, and graphics displayed on this website are the exclusive property of GooL, unless stated otherwise.

They are protected under French and international copyright laws (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle, EU Directive 2001/29/EC).

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any material without express written permission from GooL.

Unauthorized use of any content may result in civil and criminal liability under French law.

6. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to our Store Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store your full payment information.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts (capacité juridique à contracter) and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

All transactions are made in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.

7. Availability and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all product information and prices are accurate.
However, errors, typographical mistakes, or omissions may occur.

We reserve the right to correct or update any information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate services provided by third parties (for example: Stripe, PayPal, Usercentrics, Wix Analytics, or Printful if activated).
These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or operation of external websites linked from ours.

Within the limits of applicable law (dans les limites prévues par la loi française), we shall not be liable for:

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by French law (Droit français).

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to seek an amicable resolution (règlement amiable) in case of dispute.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Code de la Consommation français, GooL adheres to the
Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C).

Please note:

the former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been permanently discontinued since July 2025.

If no amicable agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts (tribunaux compétents français).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
