This website showcases and sells original artworks, fine art prints, sculptures, and subscriptions to the “Print Club.”
It also allows registered members to manage their purchases, subscriptions, and account preferences.
All transactions are governed by French consumer law (droit de la consommation français), as applicable to sales made by an individual artist (artiste-auteur).

Unauthorized use of any content may result in civil and criminal liability under French law.

6. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to our Store Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store your full payment information.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts (capacité juridique à contracter) and that all information you provide is true and accurate.
All transactions are made in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.

However, errors, typographical mistakes, or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to correct or update any information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Please note:
the former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been permanently discontinued since July 2025.
If no amicable agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts (tribunaux compétents français).
